Don't be fooled by the body that she's got...

The whole world seems to be talking about Jennifer Lopez this morning after her amazing performance at the MTV VMA Awards.

 There’s no doubt she works out like a demon and is in the gym every day but now it’s been revealed what she eats to look this good as she heads to 50.

No surprises that she only eats organic food and she starts every morning with a protein shake because “It sets the tone for the day and gives me a lot of energy,” she says.For lunch she has salmon and a salad that's packed with veggies. Broccoli, capsicum, and zucchini as kale and toasted pumpkin seeds and occasionally she likes meat. ‘I like pork and chicken, especially Puerto Rican style!’ she told US Weekly.

No surprises but J-Lo doesn’t smoke, and the two things Jenny From The Block doesn’t drink. You guessed it alcohol and caffeine! ‘Occasionally I will have a coffee,’ she admits. ‘But it’s always decaf!’.

None of this doesn’t sound like fun does it, but when you look like this at 47 maybe it’s worth it
