Is Kim Kardashian planning baby number four?

Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West may soon be trying for a fourth baby, according to insiders.

The couple have one embryo left and it’s a boy, according to news website US Weekly.

Kim, 37, and Kanye are parents to North, five, Saint, two, and Chicago, who is just seven months old and was also born to a gestational carrier.

Kim has said in the past that due to her difficulties with her previous pregnancies using a surrogate, or gestational carrier, is her only option.

In an interview earlier this year the TV star hinted that she is open to having a fourth baby, but that would be the last child for her.

“I don't think I could handle more than that. My time is spread really thin,” she said.

“And I think it's important that in all couples, the mom gives the husband as much attention as the kids.”
