Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is Hollywood's action-movie tough man but he's also a devoted dad to his three little girls - and he's just revealed how he copes with them waking up at night.
The Jumanji star thrills his Instagrams with insights into being the dad of Simone, Tiana and Jasmine.
His latest adorable photo relates to dealing with his two-year-old crying out at night and how he copes.
The Rock knows all too well the pressure and pain of sleep deprivation but when little Jasmine raced into his room desperate to play, he tried to enjoy the moment as much as he could. And we all know how tough that can be!
“Working late and had only 3hrs sleep when this tornado busts in our bedroom, jumps on me and pleads with me to get up and take her to my closet (she keeps toys in my closet) to play,” he explains.
“We get there and then - surprise - she refuses to play and just wants me to hold her while she makes fart noises.
“Tired as all hell, but thought ehh there’s gonna come a time, years from now when jumping in my arms is the last thing she wants to do and ain’t gonna be cool anymore — so I’ll always take these moments while I can.”
The Rock is famous for being a doting dad who is honest about the daily perils of parenting and how hard it can be to get through the days with three kids.
