A grieving mum says her home CCTV captured the ghost of her dead son in her kitchen after a 'transparent' figure triggered her camera sensor.
Jennifer Hodge was in bed watching TV with her daughter Lauren, 21, when she received a notification on her phone reading 'person spotted in entryway', reports the Mirror.
When she opened the image, she was stunned when it a ghostly figure resembling her dead son appeared on the screen.

“It's just insane - I'm blown away. It's just crazy,” Jennifer said. Daughter Lauren said: “Mum, there's a person in the kitchen... Mum, that's Robbie!”
Jennifer’s son tragically died from a drug overdose just two years ago. Jennifer, 57, says although she found the image shocking, she found comfort in the fact that he appears to be at peace.

The two women ran to the kitchen after receiving the image but there was no-one there. They found no evidence of a break-in and nothing else has happened since.
“Now, I feel like he was letting me know he is happy in heaven,” Jennifer said. “That brings me some comfort, but I still just think it's weird. I'm in awe - why did this happen to me?”
Robbie died from what is believed to be an accidental overdose on a fake Xanax tablet. He had previously been addicted to heroin but had been clean for some time, even setting up a charity to help addicts along with mum Jennifer.
