Terri Irwin, 54, the widow of the late Crocodile Hunter Steve, has finally revealed the truth about her rumoured romance with Russell Crowe.
Appearing on The Sunday Project, the mother-of-two coyly giggles about the Hollywood star, Crowe, and joked she was besotted with him.
'I am in love with him, I have to admit it,' Terri told the show's co-host, Lisa Wilkinson, when questioned about the pair.
Terri continued: 'I am desperately and totally in love.'
But is it all as it seems?
As a smile came across Terri's face, it was clear the mum of Bindi and Robert Irwin was only kidding about her love for Rusty.
Lisa then pressed the subject further, 'Does he know about that?' and Terri jokingly admitted she would be calling him after the show to tell him.
But Terri did admit that she is VERY close with the Hollywood actor, even praising his love of wildlife and native animals.
'I do love Russell,' she confessed.
She continued: 'I do really, really think the world of him.
'He loves wildlife, he is very considerate about helping what we are doing and is a good guy.'
Russell has also gushed over Terri in the past as well.
'Terri is one of the greatest women I've ever met in my life, without there being implication of intimacy or whatever,' he said.
'You know I do love Terri Irwin, I love her kids and I love how she's kept the memory of Steve alive, and respected the work that the two of them had begun and she's an absolute champion.'
