The husband of former Home and Away star Kate Ritchie has been banned from approaching her for another two weeks.
A brief mention in court on Thursday morning saw an Apprehended Violence Order against Stuart Webb extended by another 14 days.
Police took out a temporary AVO on Ritchie's behalf after an incident at their Sydney home.
Neither of them appeared in court on Thursday morning. Webb, a retired NRL player, and Ritchie - who is now a Nova radio host - have been married for nine years.
"There was 'an incident' on Thursday last week, cops were called and an AVO was slapped on Stuart Webb," Entertainment Reporter Peter Ford told Sunrise earlier this week.
"We don't even know if this is something Kate wants. It may possibly be that she would have been happy for it to have been left for them to sort out themselves.
"She would know very well that the minute there is paperwork, it becomes a story."
