'SMILES have begun.'

Married at First Sight’s Zoe Hendrix shared an adorable milestone for her daughter with fans on social media. 

 

Hendrix shared a short a video on Instagram on January 17, showing two-month-old Harper Rose smiling sweetly. 

 

“SMILES have begun! @alex_garner_ and I make crazy faces and noises to get them, but they are SO bloody worth it!" she captioned the clip.

The video comes after Hendrix posted a picture of Harper Rose looking less than pleased at her their family dog, Maddie. 

 

MY TRIBE 😻oh damn when I see these cuties hanging out it melts my heart. Our dogs have always been an important member of our family and we are so relived that Maddie is so gentle and can be around our baby. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for our other dog Winnie, and we don't have him around bub much at all in fear of what he may do. He is just unpredictable and gets jumpy and gets too aggressive around her. It's not ideal but it's not a risk we can take. 😔Hoping he may get better in time. SURRENDER. My labour consisted of 12 hours, 6 Midwives & 1 amazing birth partner who supported me & carried me through my pain with love, light and laughter so that I could bring our child into the world. This experience makes me love you on a whole other level. @alex_garner_ The delivery was not easy, i was not prepared (and I'm not sure we can really prepare for something like that) But I chose to surrender my fears and let my body do what it needed to do. I am in awe at what pain I was able to withstand, what our bodies can do, and even prouder that I knew my limits and was supported in my choices. After 9 hours I had the epidural and not long after our gorgeous girl was born. To all the mamas out there, I salute you for however you brought your babies into the world 🙏🏼 ✨ #wewomenarepowerful✊🏽 #labouroflove #marriedatfirstsight

Hendrix met her husband Alex Garner on the reality TV series Married At First Sight in 2015. Sadly, they experienced a miscarriage last year, but they say are "overjoyed" with Harper Rose.

 

Hendrix had an induced labour on November 14 after suffering pelvic problems and Harper-Rose was born safely weighing 3.37kg.
