Woolworths has scrapped their Community Hour in almost 100 stores. The Community Hour was set up for elderly customers and others in need of assistance to shop from 7am-8am before the store opened for the day. Alternate days was for emergency services and healthcare workers.

The move comes as the supermarket giant amps up their move to increase online deliveries.
