Ingredients: Apple, Pear and Spinach: juice of 2 & 1/3 apples, 2 sweet potatoes, 1 & 1/3 green apples, 2 cups of spinach leaves, ½ carrot, a little bit of pear
*1 serve of vegetables and 1 serve of fruit per glass is calculates as: 1 serve of vegetables =75g of vegetables, 1 serve of fruit = 125ml of fruit, and 1 glass = 250ml of juice. Based on Australian Dietary Guidelines.
