Australian supermodel Gemma Ward turned heads when she walked at the David Jones Spring/Summer Collection launch last week, at 15 weeks pregnant.
"I’m over that hurdle of horribleness, so I’m relieved. I feel like I’m finally human!" she joked to Marie Claire before the show. "I had a difficult time during that first trimester, I spent most of it on the couch. But I’m really happy I’m past that stage and I’m feeling really excited."
While the mother-to-be is excited to welcome her second child, she admits she's "terrified" about the birth.
"Everyone says the second baby is easy but I’m the opposite because I know how much it hurts," she told the Daily Telegraph.
"I’m way more terrified," confessed the model. "I know everything is going to be fine but I think I had false confidence with the first."
The mother to two-year-old daughter, Naia, also shared she will be having a home birth this time around.
