Parents FORGET newborn baby in taxi on way home from hospital
So scary
A German couple were making their first trip home from hospital after the birth of their second child when they inadvertently left the baby in the taxi.
The new parents took their baby’s one-year-old sibling out of the car, then paid the driver and said goodbye, police said.
When the cab began to pull away, they realized their mistake, and the father tried to run after the car but it was too late.
The taxi driver was unaware the baby had been left in the car and parked his taxi in an underground car park while he went on his lunch break.
However, later when he picked up a fare at the airport, he realized he had a stowaway on board.
The driver quickly called police and after a check-up from an ambulance crew, the baby was reunited with his parents.
