The 25-year-old mother-of-two noticed a lump in her neck a few months earlier while in the early stages of her second pregnancy.

After giving birth, doctors diagnosed her with not only stage four cancer, but rapidly progressive heart failure.

The couple, who have been together since high school, were recently told that Toni had to undergo a risky procedure and may not survive.

Jesse wanted to fulfill his dream of marrying the love of his life, so he proposed and 150 hospital staff sprung into action to make the special day possible.

Hours after the beautiful ceremony, the new bride went into surgery. It was a success, and she is now recovering in ICU.

Sunrise spoke to Jesse about heartbreak of his wife's diagnosis and he gave an update on Toni's battle.

Toni's friends and family have started a GoFundMe to help with medical costs.
