'She's just pregnant - not ill' Meghan Markle trolled in cruel attack!

The Duchess is facing on-line taunts saying she's looking for 'sympathy' for being pregnant.

October 21 2018

Meghan Markle is being attacked by bitter on-line trolls who think she is trying to get sympathy for being 'just pregnant'.

The Duchess of Sussex, 37, was due to appear at 70 engagements during her 16-night stay Down Under, however, after a busy week of engagements, the palace announced late on Saturday that Meghan will cut back her schedule. On Sunday, she attended two events but skipped one, an Invictus Games cycling competition, and Harry went alone. Harry told competitors that Meghan, 37, was 'resting at home [as] being pregnant takes its toll'.

She will not take part in today's packed scheduled of events on Fraser Island, the palace has said.

But she has now been trolled on-line, mainly by other mothers, who believe she is not a good advert for pregnancy because she's pulling out of her official duties as a member of the Royal Family.

The trolling comes just days after UK TV host, Piers Morgan, slammed Meghan Markle for being a fake. He said she was just acting her way through the entire royal tour of Australia.

“She is an actress. She’s acting great at the moment.”

Not long after Morgan tweeted a picture of a mesmerised Meghan looking at Prince Harry with the caption: “Once an actress...”

But now it seems he's not alone in his contempt for the new Duchess. After the Palace announced Meghan was taking a break from attending many Invictus Games events, Twitter exploded.

But many have sympathised with Meghan, who is flying to Fraser Island today but will not be attending royal functions.

Prince Harry and Meghan announced their pregnancy after touching dow in Australia for their Royal Tour and the Invictus Games.

The palace took to social media to say, 'Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019. Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public'

It's thought Meghan is due at the end of April next year, nearly a year to the day that Kate Middleton gave birth to Prince Louis.
