First impression count, or so we've been told countless times.
An 18-year-old from Ohio in the US was determined to live up to that mantra when meeting his new niece for the first time.
When his older sister gave birth to the baby girl earlier this week, the teen came to the hospital wearing a suit to meet the newborn.
Iris Kessler, Grant's younger sister took a photo of him once he arrived at the hospital.
"My sister is about to have a baby and my brother showed up to the hospital in a suit because ‘first impressions matter,'" the tweet from his 16-year-old sister read.
The photo quickly went viral on Twitter, with Iris telling BuzzFeed that his brother was keeping cool over all the attention he's been getting.
"I can tell he's kind of freaking out inside. It's pretty adorable," she said.
Iris later tweeted a pic of the new addition to the family, named Carter, saying "HEY GUYS MEET MY NEW BEST FRIEND HER NAME IS CARTER!!!!"
But of course, she also tweeted a snap of her brother holding Carter.
