Food For Fussy Eaters: Popcorn Chicken!

Who can resist popcorn chicken??? ESPECIALLY when it's also not that bad for you. It's a win-win situation.
The recipe only contains 1 tablespoon of butter for every 500g of chicken... and it's baked not fried!
Want to get the kids involved? Let them shake the chicken pieces in the bag for some fun!
STEP ONE: Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
STEP TWO: Melt the butter, pour over the chicken pieces and toss to coat.
STEP THREE: Combine the herbs and breadcrumbs in a large snap-lock bag.
STEP FOUR: Place the chicken pieces in the bag, shut the bag and shake to completely coat the chicken.
STEP FIVE: Place the crumbed chicken pieces evenly spaced on the baking tray and place in the oven. Bake for around 15- 20 minutes or until they are golden and the chicken is cooked through.
STEP SIX: Enjoy!
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup multigrain breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 500g chicken breast, diced into small nuggets.
