Ciara Announces Expecting First Child With Russell Wilson
Congratulations to the newlyweds!

Congratulations are in order for singer Ciara and her NFL quarterback husband, Russell Wilson, who just announced that they're expecting their first child together.
The mum-to-be took to Instagram to announce the exciting news. She posted an intimate photo with Russell both cradling her growing bump, with the caption: "On this special Birthday I received an abundance of love from friends and family.. and I’m excited to Finally share one of the Greatest Gifts of All that God could give."
Russell posted the same photo on Instagram, also expressing his excitement regarding the baby news. "The Greatest Blessing of All. Forever Grateful.#BabyWilsonOnTheWay," he wrote.
The newlywed couple who tied the knot in July this year had shared publicly that they remained celibate until marriage, after dating for over a year.
Last year, Russell told ET Online about their decision to wait: "She was on tour, she was traveling, and I was looking at her in the mirror. God spoke to me and said, 'I need you to lead her' and I was like, 'Really?' They then came to the joint decision after he asked her, ‘What would you do if we took all that extra stuff [sex] off the table and just did it Jesus' way?'"
The R&B singer is already a mother to two-year-old son, Future Zahir, with whom she shares with her ex-fiance.
