New Bushfire Heros figurines launched with profits going to RSPCA

Toy manufacturer Funko have teamed up with Popcultcha to step in and aid animals affected by the Australian bushfires.

The profits from the limited edition Bushfire Heros Firefighter figure will be donated to the RSPCA National Bushfire appeal.

The RSPCA are working alongside the government and emergency agencies, veterinarians and local authorities to provide much needed equipment and supplies, emergency care and identifying and assessing injured animals in need of assistance.

Their work will continue for months after the fires have ceased.

The toy firefighter holding a koala will be available from June, you can pre-order yours for $19.99 from Popcultcha.

There is also a new beanie boo ‘Katy Koala’, from toy manufacturer Ty.

All profits from Katy Koala are being donated to WIRES.

"Hopefully, this special Beanie Boo will raise awareness around the world about these devastating fires raging through Australia and will provide help to all wildlife affected by the tragedy," said Ty Warner, CEO and founder of Ty Inc.
