What happens when Hollywood royalty and actual royalty get together? One of them gets a cold.
That’s what actor Ben Affleck is claiming after his four-year-old son Samuel had a chance playdate with Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
In an interview on The Graham Norton Show, Affleck recalled a trip to London while filming The Justice League.
Taking his son to an indoor play centre, he said it became clear something wasn’t’ right.
“I noticed this weird vibe from the other grown-ups,” he said. “They were all very well dressed and they had earpieces and I thought, ‘For a kids’ place this is tight security!’ I was the very last person to realise that Prince George and Princess Charlotte were in there playing with my kid.”
Not long after, Affleck said Samuel came down with a cold, which he's convinced he caught from George.
Not only can Samuel say he’s played with Prince George, he’s also living the dream having Batman as his dad.
“He believes that I’m Batman,” Affleck previously said on The Graham Norton Show. “I’ve kind of set a trap for myself. I showed him some of the clips and stuff and told him, ‘Yeah, you know, I’m Batman.’ So now he thinks his dad is Batman. Now when I go out of the house, he’s all, ‘Are you going to the Batcave?’ And I have to tell him, ‘Yup, going to the Batcave.’”
So cute!
