The 20-year-old former Knox Grammar student was charged in March with 31 offences relating to the alleged sexual assault of eight young girls he taught at the Mosman Swim Centre, the Daily Mail reports.
On Friday, Daniels was served with another AVO relating to a new alleged victim who has come forward since child abuse specialist police began their investigation.
There are now eight AVOs against Daniels in protection of his the young girls who have made sexual assault claims against him.
Police say took place at the centre between January 1, 2018 and March 2 this year while he was employed as a swimming teacher.
The allegations against Daniels led police to hold an information night on Thursday for concerned parents on the city's north shore.
Daniels is currently out on strict bail conditions and is required to report to Manly Police Station on a daily basis.
Daniels is due to face Manly Local Court on Tuesday.
