Angelina Jolie Files For Divorce From Brad Pitt

Angelina Jolie has shocked Hollywood by filing for divorce from Brad Pitt.

In an unexpected move, the actress has cited "irreconcilable differences" and asked for full custody of all six children.

Sources close to the couple are suggesting that Angelina has been unhappy with Brad's style of parenting with some websites suggesting it's his relationship with French actress Marion Cotillard that has caused the split.

Brad and Ange have also been rumoured to be fighting for months over their lifestyle – Ange wants to quit Hollywood to focus on her humanitarian efforts, while Brad prefers the glamorous A-list lifestyle.

TMZ reports they’ve also clashed about how to raise their six children, Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.

“Angelina was extremely upset with his [parenting] methods,” says a source.

Since Brad has been in London with Marion, friends have noticed a huge change in Ange.

‘She barely eats, guzzles wine every night and smokes constantly,’ an insider tells In Touch Weekly magazine, which reported the couple was on the brink of a $400m divorce.

Angelina, together with her divorce-powerhouse lawyer Laura Wasser, is seeking sole physical custody of their kids, and has cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.
