Anastasia, a new musical inspired by the 1997 animated film of the same name, is headed to Broadway!
According to Playbill, the new Broadway show will feature Christy Altomare as Anya, Derek Klena as Dmitry, John Bolton as Vlad and Caroline O'Connor as Lily. Anastasia's run on The Great White Way will begin on April 24, 2017 at the Broadhurst Theatre.
"After finishing a record-breaking run in Hartford, we look forward to bringing the magic of Anastasia to Broadway audiences next spring," Taylor and Kirdahy said in a statement.
