Says Karyn: ‘I’m a mum of 4, so when I find something that works, I try to share!

‘I have done this trick with all my children, and it never fails to keep them occupied.

‘My youngest daughter is a particularly wriggly baby, and never likes to stay still long enough for me to change her nappy. So I came up with this idea that keeps her busy the whole time.

‘I fill up an empty Aldi wipes bag with little trinkets or fidgets (small enough to fit in the opening, but not too small for her to swallow), and close the lid. Then when I get her ready to change, I give it to her and she has to try and get them all out.

‘I hope someone else finds this helpful - it’s definitely saved my sanity!!’

The ingenious hack was met with lots of praise from the groups other mums, with Karyn’s post attracting thousands of likes and comments.

‘This is a game changer!’ wrote one. Said another: ‘Love this! You clever mum!’

Added one more: ‘Omg I think I love you 🤦🏻‍♀️ baby bloody number 4 and I’m still doing the croc wrestle. No more!’
